Some years ago, when some body asking us about India, what do you think about India? And the answer should be, a country with number second biggest population in the world and the poor society was among them. But, when we asking about the India right now, the answer must be different, since the goverment of india has been successfull developed their country becomes the centre of the software development and also the centre of the qualified outsourcing employee.
Start from Banglore, India was rising from the poor country becomes developed country, and even there were many problem which is still occured inside the India, such as the demography problem.
But India could showing us that they becomes the great country, because they was really know which part of the country should be developed. There were two point which we could take as a sample from the brightness of India:
1. They have succeded developed their education system, from this education method resulting the human resources with high qaulification, so they could compete with the other or big company to give the best serve.
2. They focus on the technology development and also at the financial knowledge, where the other developing country was less in this two factor.
And now, India was becomes one of the desired country to invest their capital, beside big citizen, India also using english as a second language,so this matter was their benefit to be chosen by the investor. India’s competitor was china, since china also has the biggest number of employee, and they could offer the production cost very cheap, because the labour cost at India and china was very low so they was total compete to gather the capital investment from the investor.
